Google Android announced today that over next two weeks India and 17 other countries will have access to paid apps on the Android Market.   These countries are Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, and Taiwan.  Here is the blog article at Android:

So now these countries will also be able to see and purchase Jyotish Tools apps.
